Akoaham Managed Stays

By confirming a booking with Akoaham, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment specified at the time of reservation. The balance amount must be paid before or at the time of check-in. Rates are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards, Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Identification

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driving License) at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa as per Indian government regulations.

Property Rules

Only the registered number of guests as per the booking are permitted to stay. Outside visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the management. Loud music, parties, or events are not permitted without advance permission. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Pets are permitted only in pet-friendly properties with prior consent.

Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by guests will be chargeable at actual cost. Akoaham is not responsible for loss of valuables, personal belongings, or accidents during the stay.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

Daily housekeeping is provided as per the property’s service schedule. In case of maintenance issues, guests are requested to report immediately for prompt assistance.

Management Rights

Akoaham reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any booking in case of non-compliance with the terms, misbehavior, or illegal activity. Management’s decision will be final and binding in all matters.
